This is a super simple plan because there aren't many steps to it, and you can basically make it however you like. Just cut the pallet to whatever size you want and then screw in the hooks. Yeah I know this size pallet… its commonly used for storing paper, the size is SRA1 ( which is appox size A4 x 8). If there are any businesses near you that print books, magazines etc. then they will have some.
